Most important of all, client metrics help guide the entire creative, production and distribution process from start to finish. With the ongoing input of our clients, we set key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to develop and distribute assets that perform. In addition, we ask for monthly KPI reports – including phone/email inquiries and sales figures – from our own clients, in order to track effectiveness and make changes as necessary.
We go above and beyond for our clients, and that means influencing all levels of the sales and marketing process. We dissect sales tactics, help write elevator pitches, and help craft pitch decks, videos, and other sales assets in order to ensure success. Establishing goals at the outset - and then exceeding those goals by going beyond the initial opportunity - is what sets GEM apart as a driver of growth for our clients.
