Analysis is an extremely important part of our integrated agency's ability to deliver a return on investment. Ahead of time, we set key performance indicators (KPIs) both with the client and internally, to serve as benchmarks for our success.
To measure the efficacy of our campaigns, we use a variety of analytics devices and marry them together to form a near-real-time snapshot of campaign effectiveness. Through weekly, interdepartmental data assessments, we make creative, production, and media changes on the fly across all of our eight departments whenever and wherever a change is needed.
